Which types of media?
Flat or shaped cases, varnished or plastic-coated, plastic or aluminium tubes, aerosols, plastic or metal boxes, glass or plastic bottles.
Empty or full.
Also onto leaflets, brochures, flyers, advertising displays and publicity materials.
What is the minimum quantity?
Typically: from 20,000 to 300,000 items depending on the media used.
Maximum previously achieved: 12 million.
What are the timescales?
Work can begin within 24 hours or planned ahead.
Is there any risk of the finished product deteriorating?
If the media or product contained in the packaging are fragile, we include discussion on the tolerances in the specifications accepted by our technical department.
Will I see mock-ups?
Graphic design simulations are created for each project so that the client can visualise the final result. If the client wishes us to create mock-ups, this is also possible.
Once the client has validated it and given approval to print, it is then safe to launch production.
What is the spoilage rate?
Following test runs, Overprint guarantees minimum spoilage rate per operation.
From one operation to another, this rate can vary between 0.5% and 3%.
