Delayed differentiation allows you to manufacture a single reference instead of multiple ones, making packaging management much easier.

How does it work?

Produce your packaging in a “neutral” version, including only recurring information (logo, address, barcode reserve area, product range name, etc.). OVERPRINT then steps in on demand, printing the variable information and visuals (barcode, batch number, product reference, ingredient list, etc.) directly onto your neutral cartons.

This approach allows you to expand your product ranges, as the same carton format can be used to combine several product references. Production lead times are therefore very short, and your products are ready to be packed on a “Just in Time” basis.

To respond to urgent needs, OVERPRINT also offers free storage of your neutral packaging at its facilities.
